"Inside Out" and about Toronto

This Sunday, Toronto's premiere lesbian and gay film & video festival, Inside Out, wraps up its 15th annual run. Showcasing over 80 films, the festival features a number of Asian films. Here are some that caught our eye:

Assaulted Fish

Or at least this is what Vancouver-based sketch comedy group, Assaulted Fish, is living by in order to defend their silver medal from last year's VACT Sketchoffs.

The group describes themselves as a:

Pan-Asian-Canadian, shorter-than-average, cross-cultural sketch comedy troupe that is dedicated to producing comedy that honestly reflects the diversity and experiences of Asian-Canadians.

Who wants to eat out of a toilet?

The thorough implementation includes toilet chairs, urinal sconces, and even commode shaped serving pieces. Probably not the best place to bring a child in potty training...
