Don't let the cover of Anokhi Magazine fool you, MuchMusic VJ HANNAH SIMONE is definitely more than just a pretty face. With a BA in International Relations and a Ryerson degree in Radio and Television Arts, she's balancing the "good life" of the music world with her global activism. You may, after all, recognize her as the face of climate prevention in those Flick off campaigns (definitely prettier than Al Gore). Regardless, Anokhi Magazine does promise some "hot" photos of this former model (on newsstands Monday Oct 15th, 2007).

The question "Where are you from?" is often a difficult question to answer. Here's what Hannah had to say:

"I was born in London, England. Then I moved to Calgary and then I moved to Saudi Arabia. When the war broke out, my family moved to Cyprus. After 5 years, I moved to India. I came back to Canada for grade 12. We moved to British Columbia and then I stayed in the province for university. I did my degree in International Relations/ Political Science and then moved back to London. I moved to Toronto a couple of years ago. So I don't really have a hometown, per se. Does anyone know where Hannah got that really pretty green polyester blouse that she is wearing in the P.A "flick off" advertisement- -that you actually have on this website?
