Branding is more likely to be associated with ad-speak rather than "iron" these says...especially true in the world of hipsters (or is that already passe?). Nonetheless, segue into...the officially launch on September 1st of lifestyle brand-slash-webzine FR*A (Future Rockstars of America) by a trio of Korean-Americans down in the L.A.

So what is this FR*A? In their own words: "FR*A isn't just an online zine, but really a lifestyle which includes events and exclusive gear..." with features section that "focuses on remarkable people doing remarkable things. The launch issue includes: Xavier, musician/producer/activist; Erfan, poet/rapper from Iran; rock band Drowning Pool; my favorite band on Geffen; Lifehouse, world renowned graffiti artist; asian-am hip hop trio, Far East Movement, feature of the Warped Tour vs the Zune Show, The Pink Spiders, and As Cities Burn...."

And an added bonus of a daily BLOG "consortium of over 20 writers, hipsters encompassing photographers, DJ's, indie band members, fashion & arts..." (there's that word hipsters...must mean it's still usuable...ahem).
