Afro'robics - fitness blending African dance styles

Must be energetic. Must like African drumming. Must like to dance. Want to mix up your fitness routine? Why not try out African Aerobics (Afro'Robics), a class of low and high impact fitness blending various dance styles of West and Central Africa, along with high-energy African drumming. There are two important rules to remember: take your shoes off, and smile! FREE tryout at The Roundhouse on Sunday, January 21, from 12:45pm-2:15pm.

Hi, I love this workout. I am home from Saudi Arabia for a short visit and discovered this workout on television. It is really hard to get exercise there because of the heat. How can I purchase a DVD of this fabulous workout. I really enjoyed how my body felt doing these moves.
I am in Victoria and will happily pay for a courier delivery if there is a possiblity of getting it.
