I have been invited to speak as part of a panel organised by the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA) and the International Broadcasters Trust (IBT). I will be one of a panel of 3 to present fresh ideas/evidence re international coverage/programming. The panel will be held in a room just off Westminister Hall one of the oldest buildings in Parliament. The audience will be parliamentarians, and civil servants, senior executives from broadcasters and NGOs etc.
