76th Annual Summer Conference

I presented a speech called Beyond the Mosaic: Multiculturalism 2.0 at the Couchiching Institute on Public Affairs - Summer Conference. The 2007 conference, The Stranger Next Door: Making Diversity Work was focused on cultural diversity in Canada. I was aware that "Couch" was a very prestigious annual event, but didn't realize it was the birthplace of the idea of NATO. I was very honoured to be part of a prestigious line up of speakers, including Michael Adams of Environics and author of upcoming book, "Unlikely Utopia." Full conference line-up here.

I co-presented with Dr. Milton Wong, also a highly-respected Canadian, Chairperson of HSBC and SFU Chancellor Emeritus (bio here). He spoke of the history of Multiculturalism in Canada.
